What do I wear?

Pilates attire is a comfortable workout outfit, pilates toe socks are optional and long hair should be pulled back.

What happens if I need to cancel a booking?

Please cancel your bookings 6 hours in advance for no penalty as a courtesy to our instructors & your fellow clients. If you fail to cancel or switch your class prior to the 6 hour window, there is a $20 No Show Fee. If you cancel within the 6 hours before your class, there is a $15 Late Cancel Fee. This gives another client adequate time to schedule their workouts.

What if I run out of classes?

Autopay members will be able to take additional classes at a member discounted rate of $18/class. You will be able to add drop-in classes online that will be automatically discounted. 

Can I bring a friend?

Autopay members have a guest pass issued each month, please email info@goodmovement.net to book your workout buddy!

What is the refund policy?

We do not offer refunds. We do offer account credits where we see fit. You are able to use the credit in our boutique or on our website.

What is your cancellation policy?

To cancel your membership, we require a 30 day notice. Please email: info@goodmovement.net with your notice and reason for canceling. Your request will be processed immediately. We will miss you! But you’re always welcome back.
